PRE PURCHASE BUILDING INSPECTIONS

STANDARD INSPECTION
This inspection covers the requirements of the Australian Standard 4349.1 (2007), assessing the structural condition, identifying defects and reporting on maintenance and safety items, covering all aspects of the building.
Including, but not limited to:
Construction methods and materials used
Overall condition of property
Roof inspection - structure and void
RCD’s and smoke alarms
A completed inspection will provide the client with a detailed report including photographs, fully documenting the condition of the property.
COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION
This is a thorough inspection of the property covering all aspects of the construction, functionality and condition giving our clients the best service and peace of mind they deserve.
This Inspection covers all aspects of our STANDARD BUILDING INSPECTION as per Australian Standard 4349.1 (2007) PLUS the assessment of all electrical and plumbing fixtures.
Including but not limited to:
Power points and lighting
Plumbing fixtures
Built in appliances such as ovens, hot plates and air conditioning
A completed inspection will provide the client with a detailed report including photographs, fully documenting the condition of the property.
Add a TIMBER AND PEST INSPECTION to your Pre Purchase report
This Covers the requirements of Australian Standard 4349.3, assessing termite damage and activity, pests and forms of fungal decay.
Combining your Pre Purchase Inspection with the Timber and Pest Inspection will give you the peace of mind that your new home or investment has been thoroughly assessed in accordance with Building Codes and Australian Standards.
